Project readiness review

An independent read on whether your dossier is ready

Submit a project dossier for verification and assessment against the bank's documentation standard. One submission covers one project. A facilitator acting for several projects submits each separately.

Fee: €500 per project, flat and non-refundable. It covers the document intake, the completeness check and the written readiness report. It is not applied to, and does not depend on, the financing amount.
Who performs it: The industrial and technical assessment is carried out by TERA AG. The financing side is assessed against the documentation standard of IFB International Finance Bank Ltd.
Where your project falls within a TERA AG field of activity - genomics, aeronautics, geothermal, SMR, AI, longevity - the review may also serve as preparation for a capital participation. In that case TERA AG is not a disinterested assessor.
Who invoices it: The fee is charged by TERA AG. Your PayPal receipt will name TERA AG and your bank statement will read REGMANTLE REVIEW. Expect that name, not ours.
What this is not: A paid assessment of your documents, nothing more. Not an offer of finance, not a commitment, not a pre-approval, and no expectation that funding will follow. If the review finds your dossier incomplete, that finding is the service you paid for. Anyone who tells you a fee secures, reserves or accelerates financing is not speaking for us.

Next comes the €500 fee. Once it is paid we open a private upload room for this project and email you the link, and you assemble your dossier there at your own pace. No document is uploaded before you pay, and nothing is assessed until you say the dossier is complete.
